SUSTAINABLE AND CARING TOURISM

Wine and Ride makes a point of preserving the cultural and environmental heritage in which the company operates. At the heart of its DNA: respect for so-called sustainable tourism, focused on three main axes:

ECONOMIC
DIMENSION

Wine and Ride implements a win-win policy with its partners. The aim is to give all these economic players a boost in awareness, and thus additional revenue generated by this new tourism approach (sometimes through additional sales).

It is only a question of co-existing to co-grow, and thus perpetuate the economic success of these local artisans and producers.

SOCIAL
DIMENSION

In the Wine and Ride experiment, it is the human who takes precedence. Beyond a profession, it is above all a passionate person that we come to meet, with whom we create a bond.

But sustainable tourism is also accessible and inclusive tourism. Thus, as far as possible, the circuits can be adapted to people with disabilities, by facilitating the practice of cycling or other suitable means of mobility, on favorable grounds.

ENVIRONMENTAL
DIMENSION

0 plastic, 0 non-biodegradable waste, 0 greenhouse gas emissions. Disposable plastic utensils and bottles are prohibited.

Lunch is served on a recyclable tray, consisting of reusable dishes.

Finally, the practice of cycling, even with electric assistance, implies a low energy consumption (about 0.72 kw of electricity for 100km/bike).
